The Quest For 15 Bodyweight Overhead Squats
It is one of my personal goals to achieve at least a few of the "elite" level benchmarks from the CrossFit North Skill Level List.
One of the ones I am working on right now is to perform 15 bodyweight overhead squats. I hope to do this by slowly increasing the weight I can do, and lowering my bodyweight, while creating a more favorable lean mass to bodyfat ratio.




max, that's one of my favorite benchmarks, too. i'd call it a goal, but it's quite far away at the moment. i'm only recently able to do overhead squats with any weight whatsoever, but now that i have, i hope to be able to go up in weight fairly quickly. bodyweight seems a very long way off, and 15 at that weight....
I got 125x12 today.
