I have been working a lot outside, and am going to be teaching outdoor classes. I have been thinking a lot about low and no equipment workouts.
Here are my first 20:

- Run 15 K
- 4x400M repeats
- 10x100M repeats
- Run 500M-400M-300M-200M-100M rest 1 minute between sets

- Run 800 Meters, 50 Burpees, Run 800 Meters
- Run 800 Meters, 100 Burpees, Run 800 Meters
- 400 Meter Walking Lunge
