Repeat 5x for a time of 30:00
Actually getting the last 5 thrusters in 10 seconds will yield 29: 40




How is it partitioned if there's no rest between sets?
If you can finish 6 thrusters in 6 seconds you have 24 seconds to rest. If you can do it in 12 you have 18 seconds to rest.
