Great workout making it through all 3 rounds.
And thanks for the double workout on Sunday. I am good and sore today!

If I had known it was two different workouts I would have stayed for the second one....I am plenty sore without it though. Looking forward to the next one.

Two WODs a day is generally not the fastest way to improve. For those who can come to all five days, I will program it so that a 5-on two-off schedule will yield excellent results. If you cannot make it, then you might try and make the workouts up on your own, or try a few from the national site crossfit dot com. If they seem daunting, post here with questions about scaling them to your abilities and I will reply.

The workout is typically the same for both classes. We did something very similar to FGB anyway, but it was a given number of reps for time versus the how many reps w/in finite amt of time that the earlier class did. It was fun and Elaine is quickly gaining on me ;)

This is a very fun website. It keeps Beth and I very engaged with Crossfit. The music and energy in the class is very upbeat. Every one in every class is inspiring. It's feels like we have a team! I told my mom to visit your site yesterday and she saw both Beth and I...before we saw the video! A lot of fun and hard work that is quickly showing results.
