Pyrros Dimas, perhaps the greatest OLY lifter of all time. I encourage you to watch as much of this as you can take in, and be like Pyrros!

Yesterday I had to use my hands to lift my leg off of the chair it was resting on because my hip flexors are so sore. Damn those V-ups! :)

Yes the sit-up/v-up combo was a bit cruel, however hopefully we will rest up and come back stronger!

Weekends Noon: Ironworks


Unlimited Classes + Touchstone Gym Membership $67.00 per month. $100.00 initiation fee, no contract. Drop-In $12.00
