Here is a widely used list of CrossFit Skill levels from well-rounded beginner to Elite athlete via CrossFit North. Everyone should be able to meet the level 1s and working towards the rest is a noble, and likely lifetime, goal. This document is located here:CrossFit East Bay Skill Levels 1-4
