I did this right after climbing, grip was toast. 29:11 of which almost half was pull-ups. My best time for this is 14:38! Ouch!
Oh I did this traditional style on a bar. I think bars with some give add a LOT to pull-ups! Can't wait to get ours up!!
I didn't have a pull-up bar at home and the tree branch wasn't working out very well so I did this in 13:50 without pull-ups.
