Beginners:
3 Rounds for time
Run 800 Meters
50 sit-ups
50 supermans
Intermediate/advanced:
3 Rounds for time
Run 800 Meters
"Abs" 100 points
"Back" 100 points
Back:
back extensions = 2 points
45# good mornings = 1 point
supermans = 1 point
Abs:
Hanging leg raises = 2 points
leg raises = 1.5 points
sit-ups = 1 point




Ohhhh, two for one conversions... It's hard enough to count, while working out ;) What are leg raises sans the hang? Is it done lying on your back?
Leg raises on the leg raise thingy. Pretty easy, but not as easy as a sit-up.
