Great to see group members sharing their ideas with each other on how to acquire skills, such as kipping, muscle-ups, etc. Max's example of teaching and showing skills is now filtering down to the rest of the group. A very fun wo.

Bench Press 3x5 @ 195#
Not terrible, considering I have not touched a barbell in 3 months.
I did a mixture of begginer/advanced.
I did five rounds, and 36 assisted pull-ups. I'm still trying to get to the point where I can a least do one solid, unassisted pull-up.
supersore today, probably from both Saturday and Suday's workouts.
The combo of sat and sun really smoked me today. Its great to have such a good group to work with, it really motivates.

Can't remember how many runs...5, maybe? I did 102 pushups. My fingers were too messed up from climbing and prior day's pull-up and kettlebell swing combination work out. I tried to climb again on 3/26/08 (Tuesday) but fingers are still not ready. Bummer!!!
