I did the intermediate workout (1.5 P KB) in 3:59. This was a compelling workout. I recommend it for anyone who needs a serious workout in a hurry.
By the way, I just have to say, in the video, that last kettlebell is just about as big as she is. Man I love Annie!
Annie is amazing with great strength and form.
I'm working on the protein...I had a 12 oz prime rib the other night.
And after watching Super Max do the Kettlebell workout today, we need to work harder. He gave it 110%.
