41:01 Rx Box jumps did a number on my knees, can't believe I'm looking fwd to push-ups

During the second round of box jumps, landed awkwardly on my knees and that hurt! :-( Ended up walking the next 3 rounds, and for box jumps kind of walked up & down instead of jumping. I would actually call this a DNF! But I did finish it in 51:22.
On the positive side, I've gotten a lot better at the wall balls, and at one point they felt "not so hard!". Doing 6 reps was very hard 2 months ago! Thanks Max!
Sorry I meant right heel, not knees.
