5 Rounds For Time:
Run 200 Meters
10 "KettleBear" 55#/35#
The "KettleBear": without putting down the Kettlebell, perform:
Deadlift left
Clean left
Front Squat left
Push-Jerk left
Overhead Squat left
Deadlift right
Clean right
Front Squat right
Push Jerk right
Overhead squat right
That is ONE rep. A momentary touch on the second DL is acceptable. Resting the KB on the floor is a miss, and the rep must be repeated.

~37 minutes RX (I didn't have a stop watch, so just used a normal watch). My left arm was dying by the end of this one! I couldn't believe I was actually wishing the run were longer to avoid returning to the "bears." :-)

Definitely going to need to practice my overhead squat form. Those were terrible.
