Older adults are not necessarily weak adults
. Regular training can lead to a lifetime of strength. This 402lb deadlift by 72 year-old Darrell Gallenberger, was the result of perseverance and good training habits.

I've always had respect for elders, but I am amazed at how fast some of the elders (like Bill for example) finished this workout! Anyway it was a tough grind and I am glad I could finish it!

Time: 1 hour 8 mins, almost RX (tuck jumps & single unders in lieu of double unders).

48:17 Rx subbed Tuck jumps and single unders. I told my wife my crossfit nickname should be DFL since I am usually not an early finisher, but today was different. Great workout twist, wish my 14 yr.old son could have joined me.
