Run 800 meters Every 8 minutes on the 8 minutes.

This was my 4th CF workout in a row.
My quads are sore, my butt is sore and it's a workout to go up/down stairs and get in/out of the car. I'm in bed as I type this. Hope I can get up for work tomorrow.
