12 Gravitron assisted Pullups 100lb - these are getting easier though
Can't remember my time exactly- I think 16:40, not RX, but trying to get those pull-ups as best I can! I really liked this work out, anything that adds running in the sets keeps my heart rate up the whole time.
13:49 RX. My time will be better once I can do all the pull-ups in one set. :-)
