Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
12 Pull-ups

Time: 16:50 Not RX though -
400m run (walked most of the 3rd run - those damn side stitches!)
21 KB Swings, 45lb (RX is 55lb)
12 Gravitron assisted Pullups 100lb - these are getting easier though

11:40 min of pain

Can't remember my time exactly- I think 16:40, not RX, but trying to get those pull-ups as best I can! I really liked this work out, anything that adds running in the sets keeps my heart rate up the whole time.
