5 plus the C&Js (35#)
Once I got used to the movement, my rate really sped up. The weight seemed too light, though - next time C&Js are on the menu, I think I'll step up to the 20kg.

I did the KB clean by punching toward the palm which has less impact on the arm. It works well and feels better, but I still have bruises.
