26:37 without the squats. Damn knee.

I'm hoping it'll recover quick enough for me to participate tomorrow, but I plan on being at the Fundamentals class at least.

Bonus points for ripped skin on both palms from the pull-ups :)

31:46, 200 jumping pull ups instead of 100pull ups

28 or 29 min using the gym clock

did this on sunday after climbing. 36 0r 37 mins by the gym clock
