Did 1000 skips of death, or whatever it's called, w/ Max. He did it in 23 min and change...? I did it in 36 minutes.

The crossovers were by far the worst. I kept getting tripped up and consequently went very slow. The double unders got hard to do after a while, because I was just so tired!
That's right. Danielle test piloted this as well. I think this will be a scheduled WOD next Thursday, it should be a lot easier with the buddy Lee ropes. For safety a lot of folks are going to have to do this 1/2 volume to avoid calf injuries.
