21 Front Squats 95#/65# (sub 35#x2/25#x2KB)
3 Muscle-Up (Sub 9 pull-up/9 dip or push-up)
Run 400 Meters

Yikes. It looks like I'm praying for help to get that bar up and down. My quads are sore today. Amazing work on the throwdown, Mathew!!! Wowzers!
The Throwdown @ Oakland Crossfit was an amazing experience. Make time to attend one in the future, if you can. It was chaotic and under control, friendly and fierce. All in a fun way. Matthew did 9 Muscle ups in his three rounds. I had to go to Ironworks and do an 11 round "Cindy" afterwards to be able to show my face at home. The bar gets higher.
btw-Bill, I got some video footage of Matthew's incredible performance on Max's camera but apparently screwed it up, which is why there's a still image of me and not what should really be up for this post. My apologies. FYI all: Mathew did thee plus rounds and was neck and neck with some older, larger and pretty tough looking guys. His performance was hands down the most impressive of the day.
