50 Sumo-deadlift high-pull 95#/65#
50 Clapping Push-Ups
50 Pull-Ups
25 Handstand Push-ups

27:32, I think. The pullups were definitely the limiting factor - need to figure out how to kip on the rings.

oh my god my chest and shoulders are sore...and you expect us to do a bazillion burpees today!
