WOD 5-10-08
Run 800 meters every 8 minutes on the 8th minute.

The anticipation was much worse than the actual workout. Hung out and did noon basics class. Finisher was a mini FGB. I hit it pretty hard and am feeling like I worked out this weekend :)
Elaine and Erika did deadlifts afterwards, those crazy fitness ladies! Max and I climbed and I learned a bit. I did a 10a w/ an overhang that I tried the previous weekend and got it. My forearms were pumped and my fingers felt completely weak by the end. Fortunately I woke up without any of the swelling, stiffness and soreness that had been bugging me for about a month and a half. Yeay!
