Got through 10 full rounds (of modified exercises)!

Ring-rows for pull-ups, and I had to step into and out of, instead of jump into and out of the burpees

With Jim's help (mainly watching another tall guy do it) I finally figured out kipping pullups on the rings! I'm very excited about this.

I've been doing Max's 5x5 workout twice a week, and while I think I am getting stronger, I've also noticed that the metcons seems harder than they were before. Oh well. Can't have everything, I suppose.

20:56 rx. burpees got me again.

93 minutes Rx.

I was with Daniel and Maeve, I guess about 41:30.
I was pleased with my recovery afterwards, guess I could have gone faster,although it didn't seem possible at the time.

I scrounged up some workout clothes and did this on my own after work at BIW. 48 minutes.
