Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 15 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 45 Squats
3 rounds + 36 squats RX
2 rounds + 15 pushups RX
My PR for a regular Cindy is 10 rounds. This was WAY harder. Part of it was an attempt to really get the full ROM for every movement, which made things considerably more difficult.
