You're right Max, it is pretty accurate to double your time when estimating how long it would take for us to finish. I did it on my own today and felt utterly pathetic.

I even did the awful claps at the top...which I mostly refuse to do...because I'm so stubborn...and a little lazy ;) That room upstairs is really, really hot. Yikes!
Did this at home - 21:00, 2x single unders subbed for double unders.
And I tried the double unders after the workout, and I am finally able to do them, albeit uno a la vez (copyright Bill :). I did 10 of them, one at a time. Yay!
James rocked this one in 11:10, on the day it came up on the national site so I made this little mash-up for him:
