34:25, 60# barbell

The presses quickly degenerated into sets of 6-5-5-5.

28:58 with the 12 kilo kettle bell, a little too easy, next time I will use a 30lb dumbell or barbell.

last 4 sets of back extensions were GHD - SOOO much easier :-p

22:30 RX (National Site Style)

came in last...yay. 38 or 48 min rx
