Not a PR, but, strangely, this is the fist time I have enjoyed this workout.

My fourth time with Michael, and a PR - though only by a handful of seconds. Also not apples to apples, since there's always been at least one sub of some sort.

After I posted the subs we did in my workout log on the national site (100 supermans and 75 situs instead of 50 each GHD back extensions and GHD situps) pretty much everyone who's responded has commented on how 'brutal' they were. I guess most/many folks just do normal situps and 1-for-1 superman to back extension subs.
Makes it even more awesome to have gotten through it sub 45:00 (43:08 to be exact). I am going to consider this my first completed 'as RX'd' workout.
But you're still a mean mean coach Max :-p
About 30 mins. Did the workout with my Dad on Father's Day and we used a picnic table for the back extensions and just held each other's legs. That was not the most comfortable thing, but it worked.
