I did this on the really smokey day. 247 RX (PR is 289)

I felt like I smoked a cigar after.

245 rx. about 19 more per round to get to 300, ugh.

pathetic 115 RX :-(

Better than the last time I did this, which was 95.

200 Rx. up from 178 This is my third "Fight gone Bad" Matthew in his first FGB did a 202 Rx. and went to a three hour BB practice an hour later. He said the first hour of BB was tough but then he rallied, great to be young.

184 Rx

This was my first legitimate FGB - I've done it twice before on my own at the Y, but they don't have all the gear (only 12# ball, too-short box, no rower) and having to wait for space/equipment always added a few minutes, so it's not apples to apples. In the only elements that are comparable (the SDHP and Push-press), I did FAR better (like twice as many reps, at least), so I'm happy with what I did.

121 NOT Rx

I tried to do things with the heaviest weights I could manage, and my score definitely reflects that.

However, I got my very first true (10#) wall balls today! Three of them!

I was able to do most of my push presses with the 45# oly bar which i was pretty excited about, too.

And for the box 'jumps' I still only stepped up (jumping makes me super nervous) but i was able to use the middle box instead of the little box - which is new for me too!

All around a pretty darn good workout :-D

209 rx. way better than the first time I did this many months ago, when I couldn't do most of them as rx'd. progress-wohoo!
