DEATH BY BURPEE. OMG. Does this count as a buy in for everyone that hasn't been doing the burpee challenge until now?

I think 200 burpees is better than running 15K.
Class is at 6:30p, right?

171 burpees = all in for the CF Burpee Challenge.

Class is at 6PM, 6:30 starting in August.

Do we have to take our skin off?

We're headed off to the mountains for the weekend. See y'all next week!

Deadlift 115-125-135(PR)

Didn't time the burpees. I hate to say it but it seems like they are, indeed, getting easier.
Deadlift 3 rounds of five reps each: 185#-190#-200# (220# is single rep max, so this was just fine).
