Won't this mean everyone is bought-in for the Burpee Challenge??
Actually, the buy-in if starting tomorrow is 55...folks could just throw 5 burpees into the warmup or something.
Damn - knew i should have skipped today's burpees ... :-p At least I've got tomorrow's covered ... sheesh.
45 minutes, men's weight, had to sub tuck jumps and 100 single unders for double unders.

Yeah- it would have been nice to have done the women's weight if I would have known. it also would have been nice to have been able to do this RX...damn you double-unders!
Can I do the Dirty Thirty?
I think my time was 41 and change, wasn't it? I'm confused. I know my previous time was 37 w/ the wall ball instead of 45# barbell thrusters. My form was better on the knees to elbows this time and I did do the double unders. All in all, it was about a six on the scale of "how painful is this workout." Not the worst, but no cake walk, either.

The 1000 Jumps of Doom from May screwed me up on my double-unders. I need to find them again.

Pace wasn't TOO bad until the burpees...had to do them in sets of five with substantial rests. Got really close to a visit from Pukie several times today.
Hopefully after the burpee challenge the next time will be much better.
