WOD 7-4-08

400 Meter Run X 4

Run 400 meters every 5 minutes on the fifth minute.

Post splits to comments.

Followed immediately by your choice of Pull-Up or Push-Up Ladder:

With a continuously running clock do one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.


Meet at the pull-up bars next to the 400 Meter track @ King School Park @ 11AM

Headed out of town today so we couldn't come do it with you guys :(. We did it @ a track near our house instead.

Made it almost through round 9 with the pushups, but didn't quite make it.

Pushups: completed round 15

Morning workouts are difficult for me - don't think I'll ever hit a PR before noon.

My first X-fit workout on 2/10/08 was 4 X 400 runs, but I didn't write down my times. I'm sorry now. Today, 1:29/1:27/1:27/1:31
Brought my Elite rings for the Pull-ups, but couldn't get the kip going so everything was basically dead hang with dismal results. 7 rounds.

Pullups: Completed round 14 + 11 pullups...starts easy, brutal at the end.
