with 35 real pullups, 65 jumping pullups, 50 real pushups and 50 bench pushups taking 25 min, and the situps and squats taking another 8:30.
Alex RXed it in 33 min flat.

Disappointing time, but more real pullups than I've ever done before. Oh well. At least I can run pretty well.

Pullups were good, pushups sucked (doing two at a time towards the end), situps and squats were okay, but not great.

Not a great workout day. Been fighting a migraine all week. :( Mostly better but ... not 100% Planned to do 50%.
Did 100 assisted pullups w/ the air compressor gravitron upstairs - what a weird little machine - alternated sets with Therese so it took quite a long time. it was set a little too easy, but was happy just to get it working and resetting it is a pain, so I just completed all reps.
50 Pushups, 50 situps, 50 squats.

Tore hands on 86th pullup. Can't imagine doing pullups to sternum...but I'm sure it's possible.
Ran 5K on Tuesday (once around Lake Merrit) with my dog. Slow, slow, slow. OMG, I'm so friggin slow. About 30 minutes (didn't have a stopwatch). I've got to do more running.
