I was planning to do half volume because the thought of counting 10 rounds was too daunting, but I followed Ev who kept on going!
74:40 rx. should have just done the damn 15k
1/2 volume, option A. 53:40, 5miles (8k) on a treadmill.
82:36? Sometime near Elaine. Gawd, this laid me out. Went to a bouldering clinic at GWPC afterwards w/ Max. I could barely climb. Yikes.
