black kettlebell with Rx rope climbs in about an hour. the rope climbs were a totally different muscle group from pull ups and now im really sore -Matthew
75# barbell squat cleans
3 x rope climb (with feet)
28 and change.
The traffic to and from the rope (with the addition of cute children playing on the rope) slowed things down. I was NOT complaining; it was great to have a reason to go slow :)
I liked this workout.
