so... is the sub for folks who think Angie isn't hard enough?? :-o Holy cow.

No it is different: I suspect times on both for well-rounded athletes would be similar.

28:22 RX way, waaaaaaaaaay ofr my PR of 14:38. Depressing. This workout needs to be done with a timer, it's too hard to just wait until you think you are ready.

5 reps every 30 seconds = 40:00
10 reps every 30 seconds = 20:00
