Workout A (National WOD).
19:52 RX. This was tough, even 48 hours post-"Murph", hence the pull-upless option "B".
OMG burpees! I owe 174 today. Better get crankin'. With all due respect, the second workout looks harder. I hope to do all the HSPU to a 6" target. 3" would be better but I'm pretty sure I don't have that yet, for that many reps.

DNF. I did 'A' up until the burpees, which caused me to throw in the towel on this work out. I am so not in the burpee love cult. But this still felt hard after my feeble attempt at Murph. My lats are really sore today.
I did the first one with pull ups but did them on the gravitron with 80 lbs assistance. I am pretty sore this morning after that. Why do burpees make me sweat so much? Anyway my time was 26:35. Oh my other change was a 25 pound DB swing because I am still trying to get used to that swing without the KB. I cursed myself for having done my daily burpees in the morning yesterday before checking out the workout. I got 70 burpees in the bank now. Woohoo. Miss you guys.
