Three rounds of:
Double-Unders (Reps)
Burpees(Reps)
Double-Unders (Reps)
Burpees (Reps)
Double-Unders (Reps)
In this workout you move back and forth between exercises after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.

Unless lashed shins and curses count, in which case I got like 3,000.

mostly ~35 double unders each minute and 10 burpees. Total of 60 burpees and 268 double unders. Going to Bikram after was brutal. (The bottom to bottom tabata squat finisher didn't help. I bombed that.)
130 RX. While this is nothing compared to Ev's amazing score, I was SUPER happy with this. It was my first successful double under workout ever!! I was getting about ten/minute. Woo hoo. Got 10 on the tabata squats. Ouch.
