Hey, are you trying to throw in extra weight?
It was 65# RX for women in May.

Yes, 65# for women, but for you, Elaine, it's 75# because you are a resident badass! I'd really like to work on those butterfly kips, seems more efficient. I tend to have to reset at the bottom, between pullups, a lot and lose momentum.

The accidental 65# thrusters in round 1 really wiped me out. It was really hard today.

Bill 75lb Thrusters 13:24 down from 15:25 on 8/21/08 Thrusters were worse today, but Pull-ups were much better. not yet C2B.

Bill and the lads did "Sandbag Fran" (which is harder, Bill and Johnny did RX, Matthew cleverly scaled down this time, because he is realizing you have to attack from every angle to improve from time to time.

Stacy did 6:49 RX @ CF Compact AKA the CF East Bay annex.

This one made me pretty winded, pretty uncomfortable. I really want to get that butterfly kip!
*good news-wrists were hurting w/ pretty much all lifts and pulluups. they're fine now. yeay!!!

15:33 RX. (first time rx). Did this at Ironworks after doing the "mystery" bouldering comp on Friday. Pretty painful!!
