Three rounds of:
Kettlebell Thruster 12KG#x2/16KG#x2 pounds (Reps)
Kettlebell Swings 28KG#/20KG (Reps)
Burpees (Reps)
Kettlebell Front Squat, 32KG#/24KG# (Reps)
Hang Power Clean 95#/65# (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.

This looks great, can't wait to try it. I think as Crossfit grows and matures inevitably splinter groups and sects will form. One such group will feel that the true nature of Crossfit is only revealed in the Fight-gone-bad workout. They will do a different version of FGB everyday for their WOD. They will be called the "17 minute people" I'll probably join.

Hmm... I'm wondering if there is any possible way I could do this own my own. I really don't appreciate school getting in the way of my crossfit. :-( Anyone want to do it later with me?? I can probably get to Ironworks by around 7.

Also, Max what is the deal with roof access at GWPC when class is not going on? Am I able to do missed WODs on my own up there, or is it only available during class time?

By the way, if you really want to get down with the crack, it's called "matching time domains". "FGB Time Domain People".

Oh, and as for mid-day classes, I could potentially do them at Ironworks, but I'm too far from GWPC during the day to be able to make it down there. What time were you thinking of offering them?
