4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

OR

5 Jumping Bar Muscle-Ups
10 Clapping Push-Ups
15 1.5/1.0-Pood Kettlebell swings

AS rx'd (a couple of the mu's had a slight hop to them)

9 rounds plus 1 mu. Kind of ticked off. Goal was 10 and had finished 9 with a couple of minutes left but couldn't get the 2nd mu.

Good work, Tom! 10 rounds next time :)

I'll be doing a late and modified Nate at 7pm tonight at BIW, for anyone that can't make the offered class times. Feel free to join me.

I have to work tonight, so did my own workout this morning: 100 burpees for time.

Gotta work on that.

I think for lots of us burpees have started to really and truly suck. Initially they were getting better and easier but by now it's just like forcing yourself to eat sand. *shudder* Not much longer now.

I will try to make a set of paralettes this weekend.

I did cindy yesterday (again) with CrossFit in SF. Only got 13 rounds compared to 15 rounds on Sunday, but I can barley walk much less lift my arms...

Option A: 8 Rounds + 1 MuscleUp
1.5 pood KB and 6" HSPU
Another fun sweaty workout. I like the bar muscleup. Thanks for reminding me to keep my heels grounded on the swing.

6 rd + 2 kb rx. (just figured out bar muscle up a few days ago; more work needed)

1) Elaine, did you do full range of motion hand stand pushups? If so, "WOW!" --if not, this is very impresive anyway and you'll be getting those HSPU soon.

2) I think Elaine is giving you some competition for Beast of Crossfit Eastbay, James C.

6 rounds - very modified - jumping pullups, and regular pushups(all full ROM), 35# KB for swings. Still - a LOT better than i could have done even a month ago.
