50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions/Good Mornings, 45 pounds
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Filthy Fifty 28:19 RX, better than last time (31:30), but nowhere near my PR of 21:30: this one really needs to be carefully regulated.

10 minutes better than last time. And today was with Good Mornings which take longer than the Superwoman (aka flopping fish).

Love the new pull-up bar at BIW! I can muscle-up on it.

39:38 I wouldn't say this was quite as prescribed. I got a low box, some of my knees to elbows were a little weak and I missed the target on at least 10 throws and counted them anyway. However, I'll jot it down as my best time for now :)

31:50 rx (last time was around 37 min) wall balls and burpees got me again.
