Choose ONE of the following exercises and perform 150 reps for time:

Row (one calorie = one rep)
Wall-Ball 20#/14# (AKA "Karen")
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75#/55#
Box Jump 20"
Push-Press 75#/55#

I would really love to do a workout that has NOTHING to do with FGB :-p

100 push-press 75#, 16:20 or so

The ankle was keeping me from getting good drive, so I was using more shoulders and arms than I should have. I stopped when it started complaining.
