Well done, Stuart. You've outed yourself as one who can lift heavy objects. Here comes that 200# push jerk :)

I'll be at GWPC at 6pm, not Ironworks. Max pointed out that the proximity of the pullup bars and the bench are better at GWPC. It's too hard to do Lynne at Ironworks.

No tire flipping today, sorry.

Anyone that has the time and inclination is welcome to join me.
BTW: I can't do BW bench press. I can do about 80-85# for reps.

Tomorrow night 6PM at BERKELEY HIGH SCHOOL - 3 x 800m run. Show up and run with me and Ev...it will be sucky/fun!!!

James, nice work. Last October was my all-time best in this WOD with a score of 150. I hope to get back there by the end of this training quarter, and I think you can get there too. Best recent was not that great, don't remember exactly.

Lynne:
I got 98, 77 with same weight last time. I did about same number of bench press reps but twice as many pullups.
It was great to see Bill, Matt and James there.
