snatch: 75, 95, 105, 110 (mixed in a couple sets of 1.5 pd snatches)
24 round rx tabata cindy (slower on the rings, but almost more rest...)
16 rounds on Cindy...I'm not sure we got the full 60 intervals downstairs. We went until Max's watch stopped beeping, but he says he didn't set it for 60 rounds, so I doubt it just stopped at 60 all on its own...50 seems much more likely to me. So we may have only done 50 intervals, I can't be sure.
Daniel: my watch goes to 199 on intervals if not stopped, I think you ran into a really shitty feature of this watch, which is that it is possible for your wrist to turn it off!! I think you guys got it about right.
14 rounds +2pu I was worried about this workout. It seemed like the "credit default swap" of crossfit WODs appealingly complicated but ultimately catastrophic. I survived and enjoyed it. I do worry that the free market may not be able to self-regulate Max's Crossfit ideas. Government regulation may be inevitable.
I got either 17 or 18 rounds + 2 pushups !!!!!. For some reason my watch goes absolutely bonkers after 16 rounds. I need a new one.
I really really liked the tabata format imposed on this workout - it really pushed me to work harder and faster and showed me that I am capable of quite a lot more than I thought.
