I only ran 200M (1st time running on the bum ankle went ok - I'm slow as hell though!)and did weighted sit ups (12kg) instead of the push ups (tennis induced tendinitis in my shoulder. I'm beat up!). Miraculously, the kettle bell front squats are VERY easy for me....
What's a KB Push-up? Is it like a Tiger Bend push-up? 'Cause I can't do that.

I did diamond push-ups instead of KB push-ups. They didn't feel any easier, just less dangerous.

It was the running that killed me - particularly the last one which took ... um ... 8 minutes. yeah. stupid side stitch. had to walk most of it.
each round of exercises (excluding the running) took about 5 minutes each. and I did regular pushups.
BUT it was Rx weight! so there :-p

I liked this one too. I rowed, instead of running, and I think that makes it a nice, well rounded workout. I didn't time it, but approx 20 min.
