Pretty excited about this workout, since, after tweaking a muscle in my thigh climbing last night, i fully expected to do 5 sets of 45. i even think i could have gone up to 70 for my final set. Somehow the form just clicked, and it was easier than it's ever been before.
Front Squats 5X5 125-135-145-150-155did 3 then failed; On 9/7/08 managed one rep @150 then failed

This was my first serious work with Front Squats, and since my last Back Squats were 140, I'm pretty happy with this.
