re: today's CFEB wod choices:
120 burpees & 120 pullups
versus
100 burpee, 100 kb swing, 100 pullups
Unless you love kb swings, the first one is way easier. 1) there are less reps per round, which make each round less brutal (though time will be longer due to transition) and 2) there's less volume all around. Max, don't be annoyed at my unwanted assessments of the wod. You taught me to game the wods! I learned 95% of everything I know from you ;)

Actually James M, you did WOD "A" and James C. Did WOD "B", interesting that you practically tied despite the difference in reps. I suspected option "B" was deceptively hard.
WOD A & B really depend on whether you refer to the website or the board in class. the one with 10 rounds is A here, but it was B in class.
Anyway - I did the one with 10 rounds - subbing kipping attempts for most of my pullups, except the last round and a half or so.

Strong work, KoolAid Kids! I came by Ironworks late and found one Nick D. and one Imad, fixin' to start Christine. It looked so much better than the lifting I was gonna do, that I joined 'em. We were one of the oddest trio you could ever spot, but united by an addiction to CF ;)
