For time:
In any combination, perform the number of reps of the below exercises equal to the amount of electoral votes won by President-Elect Barack Hussein Obama. Example: If Obama wins 400 votes, 200 swings, 100 pull-ups and 100 push-ups equals 400.

No a TOTAL of 349 or whatever the total ends up being.

I see 349, with MSNBC calling MO for Mccain and a squeaker in NC, so 360 is probably the most Obama can get, which would be fitting.

48:56 RX. I was dying, but no way in hell was I going to DNF Obama's work out! I just reminded myself the whole time how lucky I was to be suffering. Although, I was looking forward to Max's cardio pilates classes just a little bit. :-)

42:00 with 1.5P KB. I was feeling pathetic throughout for some reason, and my pullup form was visibly bad, but hung in there and finished it.. Just for Obama ;-)

5 sets of 10-20-40 +14 pushups. Upon reflection, this was an inordinate amount of KB swings.
Yep, and 40 at a time is way too much.
I have problems with bar pullups and only did 15 total. Did the rest with sets of 10 pushups and 10 swings.

no idea what the breakdown between exercises was - but it was - I just did one execise until i got tired and moved to the next one. it was probably about 20 jumping pullups for every 10-15 pushups and 10-15 swings (ish).
