45:46 RX - I pleased that I was able to do this with the full weight, six
months ago it wouldn't have been possible.

I felt guilty that I didn't even try to do this rx---but max's post about the importance of form made me feel somewhat better about not trying to push it---I could have swung the 1.5pd kb, but I couldn't have gotten it overhead, and I could have gotten the 1pd overhead on the snatches, but they wouldn't have been snatches, they would have been more like cleans + push presses. Elaine's swings were inspirational---I have to learn to do that.
Elaine: You are truly tbe Queen of form. I have noticed that you typically will not take on more than you can handle. With that said, I can't believe you can get that 24kg kb overhead. It's really an awesome feet for your tiny frame. You're amazing. I figured it out, after doing the whole wod at lower weight. It's pretty difficult to do and I weigh almost twenty pounds more than you do! (Not to mention your C2B pullups (something I didn't even attempt to do as rxd). Go get it girl!

Snatches with 12kg instead of 16kg.
Thanks Ev & Rebecca for the nice note.
Yesterday was the first time I got the big black monster directly overhead to the weightless sweet spot. I'm scare to do snatches with the 16kg. I have tweaked my wrists before and it took forever for them to feel better.
