I initially was thinking we would do handstand push-ups, but there are so few people who are really close on this skill that I think it makes sense to work on super-strict, basic push-ups instead. We will look at some push variations before the WOD and work on handstand holds and variations as well. I think this will be more helpful. If anyone wants to do RX+ like James C. and Jim did Wednesday, they can do HSPU ladder. I would be super impressed to see anything north of 10. You could also start with HSPU and switch to push-ups when you run out. I would consider that RX+.

Probably at work tomorrow, so have fun with the push ups; I may be subbing in a safety nap.
The 31 rep max pullups was not me. I know it was going back and forth between James C. and Max for a bit there, but can't recall who hit 31.
Also, I'm pretty sure Alex has a significantly better 400 time than the 1:12 posted on the record page. What's your time Alex?
And not to be anal or anything :-), but the Nicole was 126 (25/16/16/15/15/15/12/12 = 126) on Sept 25th.
Fixed.
I strongly recommend printing out skills levels worksheet and tracking where you're at. It's motivating and it's cool to look back and see your own progress. It's on CFEB homepage under Friends of CFEB.

I did HSPU for the first four rounds before switching to regular pushups. My regular pushups failed 12 into round 17. My hat's off to James, Elaine and Polly! As much as I need the practice, I'm not looking forward to double unders.
10 rounds of BHSPU (baby handstand pushups); 5 rounds regular push-ups. i miss the roof but think it's funny how we all have no problem getting smushed into any space and making it work.
