CrossFit East Bay WOD 081121: Skill Day Three
WOD 081121
With a continuously running clock do one Double-Under the first minute, two Double-Unders the second minute, three Double-Unders the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.



As Alex pointed out I could be done with my rehab rowing (18K left) in one long day. I did 9K and may knock off some more tonight, but I doubt another entire 9K.

I finally got my double-unders back!!!
I couldn't remember if it was 47+24 or 46+28
I stopped paying attention to numbers at round 10. The important thing is that I was able to CONSISTENTLY get a double-under!! I spent the rest of the time trying to figure out how to get two in a row. Succeeded once.
Did sit-ups instead - someday soon i WILL get a double under:
